2.3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where a product is unavailable, mispriced, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
2.4. You are responsible for ensuring your order details, delivery address and contact information are accurate.

3. Prices and Payment

3.1. All prices are shown in the currency selected on our website and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
3.2. Delivery charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3.3. Payment is taken at the time of order via the secure payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption.
3.4. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we are not obliged to supply products at the incorrect price.

4. Delivery

4.1. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. These are estimates and not guaranteed.
4.2. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.
4.3. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

5.1. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
5.2. For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or unsealed: dietary supplements, hair care products and any cosmetic items where the seal has been broken.
5.3. Red light therapy devices may be returned within 14 days provided they are in their original condition and packaging with all accessories included.

6. Health and Product Disclaimers — Important

6.1. Supplements: Our supplements are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. 6.2. Red light therapy devices: Our devices are wellness and cosmetic devices, not medical devices. They are not intended to treat any medical condition. Do not use if you are photosensitive, taking photosensitising medication, or have a condition affected by light exposure, without first consulting a healthcare professional. Always follow the usage instructions supplied with the device. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
6.3. Hair care: Before first use, perform a patch test. Discontinue use if irritation develops. Individual results vary.
6.4. Any results described on our website (including timeframes for visible results) are typical experiences and are not guaranteed. Individual results vary.

7. Product Information

7.1. We make every effort to display product descriptions, ingredients and images accurately. However, slight variations (e.g. packaging updates by manufacturers) may occur.
